Arthur G. Ritchie
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Ritchie is one of the two founders of SAND Technology. From 1979 until SAND's inception in 1983, he was one of four principals in LGS Data Processing Consultants Inc. (now LGS Group, recently acquired by IBM for approximately $230 million), a Canadian IT consulting firm which he helped start and which today employs over 2,200 professionals and has revenues of over $200 million. From 1964 to 1979 he was employed by IBM in Canada and South Africa in a variety of technical and management positions.
Wayne Musselman
Director
Wayne Musselman joined SAND's Board of Directors in April 2007. Before retiring in 2003, he spent 40 years with Deloitte & Touche. He has extensive business experience with regards to financial institutions, and has served on the boards of FaithLife and State Bank of India, as well as on the boards of various non-profit organizations, including the Queen's Theological College and Missionary Health Institute.
Douglas S. Pryde
Director
Douglas Pryde practised law with the firm of Lavery, de Billy and its predecessor firms from 1965 to 2001.
Martin Shindler
Director
Since 1964, Martin Shindler has been the president of a firm of accountants and business consultants located in Florida.
George Wicker
Director
Mr. Wicker joined SAND's senior management team in 2000. He came to SAND from Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he amassed 32 years of experience in high-technology products and services, holding executive level positions in general management, program management, and finance. Mr. Wicker was also President of Nucleus International Corporation, from which SAND Technology purchased the Nucleus technology in 1993. A member of the SAND Technology board of directors since 1996, he helped shape strategic decisions as the company brought its revolutionary data management solutions to market. Mr. Wicker holds a B.A. in Political Sciences, an MBA in Financial Management from the University of Santa Clara, and a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University.
Georges Dube
Secretary
Georges Dube has been a Partner of Lavery, de Billy, a law firm, for more than twenty years. Mr. Dube served as a director of SAND from 1996 to 2001.
