T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH (T-Systems MMS), a subsidiary of T-Systems International GmbH headquartered in Dresden, was founded in 1995 and has since developed into a successful internet and multimedia company. T-Systems uses SAND/DNA Analytics to analyze the behavior of users of its T-Com and Telekom online portals. This enables T-Systems to optimize their web portal content and eliminate barriers to easy navigation, encouraging customers to remain longer on the sites and more effectively providing them with the information they seek.
